TV CDN specialist to contribute expertise on the creation of best practices for online video
STOCKHOLM, Sweden – 23 March 2017 – Edgeware, the pioneer of the TV content delivery network (TV CDN), announces today that it has joined the Streaming Video Alliance. The Alliance is a member-based industry body that develops, publishes, and promotes open standards, policies, and best practices that foster collaboration within the streaming video ecosystem and support continued consumer adoption.
Through its Alliance membership, Edgeware will be joining media leaders including Sky, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Fox Networks, Nokia, MLBAM, Comcast and NBCUniversal to help create best practices for online video going forward.
